I used Rao's sausage and mushroom sauce, and added a little Bertolli's Alfredo, since I find these recipes usually need more liquid than called for. i did do the extra step of lining the pan with parchment paper in case it didn't cook/set right. i could only find an 8" springform pan (and i had trouble getting it out of the pot because of the lack of wiggle room), but it still worked: I added an extra 5 minutes to the pressure cook time (instead of the step that asks you to check and cook more; so 29/30 min cook all at once), and baked for 9 minutes in the oven, let it set for an additional 10 minutes, and it turned out amazing. both my husband and my son loved it, and while it takes a long time to cook, there's so little prep that I can safely say I'll be making this again.
