Ali Stafford does it again, making bread baking accessible for the masses :) This takes as much time as any other sourdough, so plan out two days and have your starter bubbly the morning you start. But everything else in this recipe is super easy and without any fuss. I ended up making 4 small “baguettes” and baked 2 at a time. Also ended up baking at 475 for 8 min instead of 10 minutes and then @450 for 12 min instead of 10 min. It is delicious the day of, and leftovers pan toasted in olive oil are out of this world!
