This is DIVINE! I measured the pepper flakes with my heart but my heart led me astray… so spicy lol but good thing I love spice. This is such a special chicken dish - I would make it for company for sure! It’s a little fancier than typical things I make, I am a simple home cook. But seriously, so good. I did. double the garlic and added more oregano (and peppers as stated..) than called for. Added about double the amount of parm called for as well, which I’m glad I did because it would’ve been wayyyy too thin otherwise. Served with penne. Next time I’ll double the sauce so I can have it as a pasta sauce too, because it’s so divine.
