They do look very pretty! The process is easy and the strawberry buttercream is one of the best icings I have ever made! I will say the cupcake itself is more like a muffin consistency and taste but it is still good! Just a tip when making the buttercream if using a stand mixer, the paddle attachment worked much better than the whisk attachment. I also cooked at 170c fan forced for 25 minutes.
