I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it. But the "kids" that join Whisk to explore what their parents don't teach them about cooking and food aren't really the kids that parents are concerned about pleasing. It sounds like experimenting interests you, which is exactly what turns many kids off. I'm sure there may be many areas where people keep reminding you you're just a kid, but I suspect cooking is not one. Enjoy your food journey.
