Realized after I bought everything that I didn't have the right tools the recipe calls for to prepare the zucchini. I cut it into medallions with my cheese grater (tried long ways and wasted one zucchini), dried them with salt, then put them under the broiler for 8 mins total. It dried them out but I suspect not as much as the recipe intends. Still turned out pretty good! It was tasty, though I under peppered to my personal taste. I would make it again even though it's a lot of prep. Even with the zucchini I don't think it's that much more prep than normal lasagna.
