Baked for 5 minutes less than recommended, although I pretty typically cook just a few minutes less in a gas oven than I would in others. These were great. I personally had trouble getting the orange zested, so I didn't use as much as the recipe recommended. I think the zest is really important here, so try to get that full tablespoon if you have enough rind laying around. I also subbed half nonfat Greek yogurt, half olive oil for a third of the butter in the recipe (so two tablespoons yogurt and oil each). I'm inclined to say that even more substitution would do these muffins well. It adds protein, cuts calories, and doesn't compromise the flavor or texture all that much, in my opinion.
