Adults loved this, the kids thought it was too spicy. I cooked the chicken and sausage in some of the Cajun seasoning and added diced vidalia onion. Used bow tie pasta. I measured with my heart with the rest of the seasoning and the cheese. Also recommend simmering with lid off so liquid will cook down some. Possibilities are endless with add-ins. In the future I think I will add some shrimp, mushrooms, diced bell peppers, and spinach to name a few.
