Simple, quick and delicious. It does make a fairly “crunchy” cauliflower - if you like it cooked more, I’d recommend maybe adding a 2 tablespoons of water with the cauliflower, covering and steaming for a few min, before continuing with the rest. 2 tablespoons of fish sauce is perfect for a small head! Surprisingly subtle but savory. I used mint and it was great. I didn’t quite get the carmelization, will have to try again next time. Ate with rice for a light dinner.
