I've made this focaccia a handful of times and I just love it! The overnight rise is a must! I double the recipe to have a large thick focaccia! Sometimes I triple the recipe and then cut mine up into squares and freeze, pull as I need and then toast for a tasty sandwich my familias favorite!!!!
