Made about 16 balls weighing 17-18gm each (all ingredients weighed, not sure why off a bit). Took a couple minutes longer in the deep fryer because of the size. My husband ate his half with powdered Swerve and homemade raspberry sauce, ate mine with raspberry sauce and leftover cheesecake filling. Yum!!!! Will definitely add to frequent rotation. Not very sweet at all, but that allows for additional toppings, if wanted. Otherwise, I would recommend increasing the sweetener in the dough.
