A yummy seafood alternative
I used already cleaned squid tubes, I didn't have the tentacles so used one for stuffing (cut into small pieces) & the other for the casing. They were quite big so 1 large squid tube was shared between my hubby & I.
I also only used 2 slices of gluten free bread & that seemed enough as the weight was 100g
Other than that I followed the recipe to a T & it turned out delicious.
