This was delicious my whole family was thoroughly impressed. I personally seasoned the shrimp and the flour as well as the Panko and I’m glad I did otherwise it would have been bland in flavor. Also, the shrimp does fall apart. Found it helpful to put in the freezer for like 10 mins for the patty to stiffen before coating in flour and Panko. If you try before this it will fall apart. Another bonus. I made the sauce the recipe calls for but I make fire cracker shrimp and I used the sauce recipe for fire cracker shrimp and it is my go to! Really elevates the dish!
