This is an amazing beef bulgogi recipe. I've been making it for years and it never fails to impress. My Korean girlfriend said it tastes better than her Mom's (maybe she said it reminded her of Mom's...). Make sure to slice the ribeye thin, so that it will absorb the marinade completely and cook quickly (most Asian or Korean food markets should sell it already sliced, which is nice.) The buildup of sugar-caramelization-char in the pan can be a pan in the butt soooo, this is a meal that is perfect for the grill. Just be sure to put a smaller metal grate over the grill bars so those thin ribeye slices don't become fuel for their friends.... ok, I'm done. Cook this, it's awesome.
