I was looking for something quick and easy, and this popped up. It's an Instant Pot dish, and other than the sausage, it is predominantly a dump dish. I doubled the Cajun seasoning as I always find spicy dishes bland. I also was unable to find andouille sausage so used mild chorizo instead. It was still bland. Hubs did not like the chorizo, although I do. I would likely make it again as I like quick and easy, especially when I'm short on time, but definitely sub the sausage for Italian sausage and ricotta for the cream cheese. Definitely more seasoning, and maybe some dried chilies.
