Came out well! Next time I'd reduce the amount of sugar that was added to make the curd from 3/4 cup to 1/2 cup. I also skipped the food dye, which is why they look so brown. I used bobs red mill 1:1 gluten free flour to make these gluten free!

Added 1/4 cup of sugar to the curd mixture. So much better!
