This was a great stew dinner! I would rate it a 6 out of 10. I agree with Nathan to reduce the amount of balsamic vinaigrette. It takes longer to cook vs recipe because it takes another 15-20 min for instapot to come up to temp. Very hot coming out of the instapot. I think I lightly burned my tongue eating it but it was good. I'd like to compare this recipe vs one of those packets of stew seasonings.
