Mixed feelings. I used considerably less onions as my fam and i dont like them. Amd that was just way too much onion. Even for a normie. The potatoes could have been done a bit longer too, idk if that was down to the type i had or not but that was only a small irkling.
Other than the onion it tasted pretty good. The salmon was nice an moist, wasnt dry or bitty. The sauce was very yummy too.
I will be making again but will totally omit onion
