delicious meal! was a huge hit for both my husband and I. Best part.. super cheap. Somewhere around 12$ for two meals!
served it with buttered egg noodles.
I did tweak the recipe slightly for some dietary requirements and personal tastes: half the thyme, garlic powder instead of cloves, double the onions, lactose free mozzarella cheese and I made a roux.
this will be a regular in our rotation.. although, I do also get the feeling that this would make a fantastic Christmas Eve meal!
