Had doubts because it looked kind of bland without much color, but it really turned out great. Perfect mild heat and sweetness from the hoisin and sriracha! Ended up putting it inside the lettuce kinda like a taco, and folded one end over burrito-style. Worked well enough. Also used ground turkey he was wits easier to find where I live. Tasty!
