This was really good. I crisped up the sausage in another pan, then soaked up most of the grease and kept the sausage aside to keep it crispy. With a bit of the sausage grease I cooked up the onions, garlic, and added the tomatoes and some spinach at the last couple minutes before the pasta was done. Combined everything with Parmesan and some spices and it was great! Red pepper flakes were a good shout.
