True but most people call both cottage pie and Shepards pie ,,, Shepards pie. Have also seen people use ground pork with beef and lamb. Only time people I have come across change the name is if they use ground turkey or chicken. Then I have heard them call it “chicken shepherds pie” or “ Turkey Shepards pie”. Not sure why but mostly people never seem to use cottage pie.
