I added a few fresh sliced tomatos, tomato sauce instead of paste then held off on the water. I blended the lentils in their cooking pot and spooned some into sauce per taste. I didn’t drain the Lentils before blending and probably would have been able to use more next time in the sauce. Really great flavor with egg noodles, salad and steamed carrots.
