Edited somewhat i.e. the sauce with the meat but I love the way this turns out. Forgot to get a pic but it is attractive and smells divine. I’ll try reheating the extra ‘boat’ tomorrow and I think I’ll use parmesan cheese.
Made it again and took the pic this time. Used a smaller squash this time as well.
