My husband and I enjoy ginger and sesame seed oil. I swapped the olive oil for toasted sesame seed oil and used an Italian blend of dry herbs, added fresh ginger crushed in a tube and marinate for 30 minutes. The longer it manirates the more salty it becomes. We think 30 minutes is perfect for us. He loved it. ❤️ We grilled at high heat on the Primo smoker about 3 minutes per side. This is our new go to for weekend dinners. Pairs beautifully with Sauvignon blanc wine from New Zealand or cava brut from Spain.
