Very simple recipe with very few ingredients. These would be really good to try making with your kids as an introduction to baking with an oven too. Three ingredients, simple prep, short bake and cooling time, you legit can't go wrong unless you do not like peanut butter or have a tree nut allergy. I'd probably also recommend a commercial, shelf-stable peanut butter. No natural varieties that require stirring. Though I'm sure some variant of the recipe (albeit more complex than this one) could be figured out with a natural peanut butter with experimentation.
