Tried making this with both creamy peanut butter and substituting the peanut butter for powdered peanut butter mixed with unsweetened applesauce. The powdered peanut butter and applesauce made these very moist with a somewhat spongy texture. My husband preferred the ones that used the powdered peanut butter and applesauce. For both versions, I would use more brown sugar next time. I will definitely make these again!
