I made this recipe with hot Italian sausage, I just don't see how this recipe would work well with a sweeter sausage like kielbasa with the sweetness of the dairy and the corn already in here it would just be too much. Great simple recipe that will be used again, nice simple and hearty, not something I'd make to impress a crowd but something I'd make for the family to enjoy with some hearty bread
