Great, especially while still warm. To boost the flavor of this dish, I used 1 cup sugar, 3/4 cup orange juice to 1/4 cup water (other sites recommended this proportion and I liked it), 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 2 slices fresh ginger, and a couple tablespoons of a white wine I had on hand, with other ingredients remaining the same. I added the salt and ginger to the liquid mixture before it began boiling. It gave this dish a flavor that I think really screams Thanksgiving/Christmas szn.
