When you first put it in the crock pot it seems as if there is not enough liquid. I was tempted to make another batch of the sauce . When you taste it while it’s cooking there is a overwhelming taste of vinegar and the sauce looks too thin. However , when it is done cooking the sauce “magically” increases, thickens and vinegar taste is just right.
