This came out delicious! One thing, though. The whole cooking time probably took me more like an hour. And my chicken breasts were quite thick. Cooking on the stove wasn't enough so I browned in the pan and moved it to a 400 degree oven to finish up. I had some leftover stuffing and mozzarella and I added that on top. Came out melty and yummy!
