This dish was delicious. Other than the gelatin sheet I didn't know where to find and figuring out how to substitute it with knoxx unflavoured gelatin powder (which I just mixed into water and measured out 2 g out which equals to one gelatin sheet). I could have added a bit more of the bloomed gelatin but still very good.
