I added 1/4 cup diced cilantro, lime juice to taste, 1/4 cup crumbled cojita cheese, 1/2 teaspoon more taco seasoning, and used Mrs. Renfro’s hot green salsa for the salsa in the mix. It was damn delicious! Serve with sour cream and more of the salsa. I only made one and put the remaining mixture in the fridge to eat these all week!
