Also works wonderfully substituting the chicken for steak and the chicken broth for beef broth. The only thing I made different was that I took the steak off the skillet after I cooked it and used the lefover juices to nrown the onions and season the pasta. And then when the pasta was ready to serve I mixed the steak back into it. Also worth noting that made 4 times the amount that the recipe calls for (4lbs of steak and 4x of every other ingredient)
