The cook time is too long and over cooked the chicken leaving the meat dry I will try this again but use the first cook abit longer 5-10 mins and cook off eye/check for doneness. The baking powered did result in a crispy wing. To finish I reheated and tossed in BBQ sauce with sweet potato frys and some cucumber.
