When I want to make meal prep, this recipe is one of my first choices. It is filling, healthy, and cheap to make. I add red pepper flakes and extra soy sauce to mine, and it really elevates the flavor.
Keep in mind though: the prep time is wrong because it does not include the time it will take to cook your chicken. I throw mine into a crockpot with vegetable broth, soy sauce, salt, pepper and rice vinegar-- turns out great!
