It was my first time making a cheesecake, this recipe caught my attention because of the cottage. I had some and I needed to use them. I love this recipe! Im really satisfied.
But since I'm trying to cut sugar and make foods and dessert as healthy as possible, I used brown sugar instead of caster sugar on the crust and sweetener for the Jam. The yogurt I used greek light and cottage with reduced fat.
I made 8 servings with 257 calories each serving. I really recommend this one!
