I only followed the sauce part of this recipe, used some purchased gnocchi, and added some vegan parmesan shreds on top. The sauce ended up being very pesto like which was good, but it was a bit heavy on the oil for me. I have historically been sensitive to Avocado, but it's been a while since I've had it so I though that I'd give it a go again. Unfortunately it still have me pretty extreme pain so I don't think that it's something I'll make again. Aside from that, I did like the taste of it. I think if you reduce the oil a bit it's pretty good and I'd probably try it again if I knew I would be in so much pain.
