Same! I added extra chicken & tortellini too, so to keep it creamy, I added 1/4 c h.cream & an 8oz block of cream cheese to the crockpot. After it was cooked and time to add tortellini, I added 1/4 c of sour cream and remaining Alfredo. It was perfect!
