5/5⭐ Delicious, hubby and I kept going back for seconds! Vegan chorizo can be expensive / hard to come by so might try to substitute/omit that if I don't have it next time. 2nd time I made it I drained the black beans & corn and it didn't taste as good. Try without draining. Cilantro & everything below is optional.

Thanks Lindsay! We don't have Asda here (Canada) but I'll keep an eye out in other grocery stores' plant based sections :)
