I doubled the recipe to make it fit a 9x13. I only used 1.5 cups of sugar and used all purpose flour. I wish it would have rose more while baking. I also added some frozen/thawed raspberries! Whenever I e made peach cobbler, in the past, I would put the fruit on the bottom and pour the mix on top so I was excited to see how this turned out. It was delicious! Oh! Almost forgot! I added some cinnamon to the melted butter, too! I will definitely make this again and maybe use self rising flour and baking powder. I'm not expert but maybe that will make it rise more?
