Amazing! Super easy to make and very tasty. If you are looking for a basic marinated tofu recipe give this a go. Depending on the amount you have pressed your tofu ( I had mine in a tofu press) will determine how much marinade is soaked up. Next time I would do a bit more marinade so I can coat ot in some at the end because my tofu had absorbed it all. It crisped up perfectly.I have a good quality non-stick pan so I only used a teaspoon of olive oil.
This will be my go to tofu recipe from now on.
