So most of the things in this recipe were really good, but my only complaint was the amount of mustard powder that the recipe called for. A tablespoon of mustard powder in this recipe really overpowered a lot of the other flavors and left a weird aftertaste. My wife and I could just not be huge mustard people, but I would honestly suggest if somebody is making this recipe to start with a teaspoon of mustard powder and work your way up and so it's a flavor you like rather than going the full amount and having something that isn't as tasty
