Really good! I sautéed a little white onion with button mushrooms because I had those. I also added half a cooked baked potato along with the peas and carrots. I skipped the celery and used a little celery salt instead. I also put a splash of red wine in when sautéing the veggies because it was getting dry. Really easy to adapt and make your own. I loved this recipe. I used the flaky whole wheat pie crust recipe from serious eats and left the sugar in. It wasn't bad in this recipe, actually, but I'd probably omit next time.
