I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and added salt directly to the chicken. I also put the garam masala and coriander directly onto the chicken and let it marinate until it was time to go into the curry. I didn’t use any green chilies because we didn’t have any and it was still plenty flavorful. My husband and our kids (ages 2, 7 & 9) ate everything! Everything came together quickly so we will definitely be making again.
