Flavor was delicious as is. You don't need to score it if you're going to broil instead of grill. I would recommend adding honey or lemon juice to the marinade to tenderize it more. It was too done doing 6 mins, flipping, and the 4 mins. Will try 3 mins, flip, 3 mins with no scoring.

I definitely prefer any steak of mine rare, so I was disappointed when it came out over done. Thank you for the times! I had to guess since I'd never used the broiler before
