good for both crispy and cheewy, to me keeping the dough for 1-2 days is great for a crispy cookie but for a cheewy one, a few hours is sufficient!

I agree! I'm usually too impatient and put it in the freezer for an hour. Still, the cookies come out really nice and chewy 🙂
