I used a rump roast, and it practically fell apart at a hard look. 😅
There's no amount given for the vinegar. "A splash" seems to be fine.
This marinates for at least 2 hours, so realistically it's a 12-hour dish. Bear that in mind. I let mine sit overnight and cooked it all day.
