100g Dry Soy Mince
100g White Mushrooms
Can of chopped tomatoes
Can of Aldi Mixed Beans
3.5-4tbsp Lemon Juice
1.25 or so tsp salt
1 or so cracked black pepper
1tsp Cinnamon
Had half in a bowl with 15g of ASDA Vegan Grated Cheddar!
So good!
