Reduced to 170g butter
Added whole lemon zest & juice
Dough consistency pretty runny
Piped a line of butter for the middle crack but butter too runny to pipe well
Placed on bottom row
Result:
Taste good, especially at the sides where it is more burnt
For improvement:
Too oily
Too crumbly (hard to hold)
Butter covers lemon taste
